What is the organisational structure of MUHI?
MUHI is an incorporated association governed by an Executive Committee. Since we run many programs and they have overlapping needs, we separate our staff into Local Programs, Global Programs and Operations. Program Managers oversee a team responsible for the delivery of their program, while Operations Managers oversee a team that helps our programs across the board. Our President, Vice-President and Directors communicate regularly with these team leaders to make sure that things are going well and assistance is provided where necessary.
Questions?

Please note:
The standard term for a position in MUHI is until the end of the calendar year, however this can be discussed with us prior to recruitment. We are unable to consider applications that do not follow the guidelines above or are received after the application deadline due to time constraints.
